Shipping Policy — C Peptides
This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered by C Peptides. By placing an order at CPeptides.com, you agree to the terms below.
1) Dispatch Times Standard handling: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Cut-off times: Orders placed after 1:00 pm (UK time) are processed the next working day. Weekends & bank holidays: Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are processed the next working day. Backorders/pre-orders: If any item is on backorder or pre-order, we’ll email an estimated dispatch window or ship available items first (see §6 Split Shipments).
2) Shipping Methods We ship using tracked postal/courier services. Options shown at checkout may include: UK Tracked 24 / Tracked 48 (Royal Mail or equivalent) — delivery aims only; not guaranteed. Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed next working day) — available for eligible postcodes and order values. International Tracked — typically 5–10 business days, varies by destination and customs. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may extend during peak periods, adverse weather, strikes, customs inspections, or other events outside our control.
3) Proof of Delivery & GPS Carriers may provide GPS and scan-based proof of delivery. If the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout (e.g., via GPS coordinates/scan), we’re generally unable to refund or replace the parcel. If you believe a delivery was mis-scanned or incorrectly confirmed, contact us and we’ll raise a case with the carrier.
4) Tracking Tracked services include a tracking number. You’ll receive it via email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking events may take several hours to update.
5) Shipping Restrictions, Customs & Duties Research-only goods: You are responsible for ensuring that peptides can be legally purchased, imported, and handled in your jurisdiction. Customs: For non-UK destinations (where offered), local duties, taxes, and clearance fees are your responsibility. We cannot refund items seized, rejected, or delayed by customs or regulators. Restricted destinations: We may decline shipment to locations where supply would be unlawful or unsafe.
6) Shipping Address & Address Changes Orders are shipped to the exact address entered at checkout. Please verify your details before placing an order. Corrections: If you notice an error, email help@cpeptides.com immediately. We’ll try to amend the address before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once processing begins. Incorrect/incomplete addresses: If a parcel is delivered per the address provided (including delivery to a building reception or mailroom), we cannot issue refunds or replacements. Redelivery (if the parcel is returned to us) may incur additional postage.
7) Delivery Attempts, Authority to Leave & Collection Authority to leave (ATL): If you provide ATL or your carrier/app settings allow delivery in a safe place or to a neighbour, this constitutes delivery and risk passes on that scan. Uncollected/failed delivery: If a parcel is returned to us after failed delivery attempts or non-collection, we can resend (postage applies) or refund minus original postage once received back in original condition.
8) Damaged, Missing or Lost Orders Damaged on arrival: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the outer packaging, internal packaging, and product label(s). We will open a claim with the carrier. Claims process: As the sender, we submit carrier claims for damaged/lost/misdelivered parcels. Carriers require time to investigate; refunds/replacements are issued once a claim is approved. If a claim is denied (e.g., GPS/scan confirms correct delivery), we cannot refund/replace. Loss timeframes: Carriers deem parcels lost only after their specific waiting periods; we’ll advise the timeline when we open the claim.
9) Packaging & Temperature Most products are supplied for ambient shipment unless otherwise stated on the product page. Where special conditions are required, we’ll indicate recommended shipping methods at checkout. Once delivered, you’re responsible for prompt receipt, correct storage, and handling per your institutional SOPs.
10) Split Shipments To avoid delays, we may split your order and dispatch available items first. You will not be charged additional postage for split shipments initiated by us.
11) Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Shipping fees (and any free-shipping thresholds) are shown at checkout and may change from time to time. If an order becomes undeliverable due to customer error, re-shipping charges will apply.
12) Data Sharing with Carriers We share necessary order data (name, address, email, phone) with carriers and fulfillment partners solely to deliver your order and provide tracking/notifications, in line with our Privacy Policy.
13) Force Majeure We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to carrier disruptions, strikes, extreme weather, or governmental action).
